Bio

Arnault Morisson is one of the Thematic Experts - Smarter Europe for Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po Paris, France. He has a PhD in Economic Geography from Utrecht University, the Netherlands, and was a PostDoc researcher in Economic Geography at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
