A new good practice of INERTWASTE is out!
The good practice addresses environmental challenges arising from overconsumption and single-use products through the implementation of the Waste Fund by the Government of Navarra since 2018.
This grant programme supports waste reduction, reuse, and recycling initiatives among companies and entities generating non-hazardous industrial waste, including inert and inorganic waste. Supported by diverse funding sources, including taxes and penalties, it has already awarded over EUR 15 million for waste valorisation efforts. The fund's flexible approach make it an inspiring model for regions looking for sustainable waste management solutions.
