In this section you will find information related to venue and accommodation arrangements. Please keep in mind that travel and accommodation costs are at the expense of the participants. For Interreg Europe project partners, the travel and accommodation costs can be claimed through the progress reports and be reimbursed by the programme.
We suggest that you book your flights and hotel as soon as possible after receiving a confirmation email from us.

The Dirk Bouts building is located next to the NMBS station of Leuven, to the right of the main entrance and the bus station “De Lijn” (walking distance).
If necessary there are 4 parking nearby (the nearest parking is P1 and P4).
Both the entrance on the side of the building and the main entrance are accessible to visitors.
The costs for travel and accommodation are covered by the participants. Interreg Europe project partners can claim the costs through their progress reports.

Leuven is the capital of the province of Flemish Brabant in Belgium. It is located about 25 kilometres (16 miles) east of Brussels. The municipality itself comprises the historic city and the former neighbouring municipalities of Heverlee, Kessel-Lo, a part of Korbeek-Lo, Wilsele and Wijgmaal.
