Workshop on policy instrument (re)design

Given that there is a limited budget to allocate in innovation public procurement (IPP) projects, how can the public officers make the best and most efficient decisions regarding the choice of the projects that will receive funding? Experts from 7 countries will gather in Tampere to share a number of best practices collected all over Europe and see how these practices can benefit project partners in designing or redesigning their instruments on IPP.
