Our Scottish, Polish, German and from Basque Country colleagues will spend two days in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia-Spain) in order to get deeper information about the good practices "E-Saude" and "Cardiac Rehabilitation".
E-Saude explores the third Thematic Area Active Citizens. It is a platform that it is used as a communication channel between patients and health professionals, and where patients have an easy access to personalized services.
Cardiac rehabilitation (cardiac rehab) is a professionally supervised programme to help people recover from heart attacks, heart surgery and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures such as stenting and angioplasty.
