12 Jan 2021
10 : 30 - 12 : 00 CET
Online
On 12 January 2021, the Policy Learning Platform is organising an online discussion on urban-rural innovation linkages. Urban and rural areas have different and often complementary innovation assets. This online discussion will explore how better linkages across space (such as flows of people, goods, money, information, and wastes), and linkages between sectors (for example, between agriculture and services and manufacturing) can benefit regional economic development.
Moreover, in this online discussion, participants are expected to actively participate to discussing the policy implications of COVID-19 crisis for rural development and rural-urban linkages in their regions.
The online discussion is on invite only, the follow-up article will be made available afterwards.
