Conclusions to the lead partner workshop in Berlin, Germany

Interreg Europe lead partners from 18 different countries participated in a full day of workshops and networking to learn how to implement their projects on 6 December 2016 in Berlin.
The event offered a set of three practical workshops focusing on reporting activities, managing finances and project communication. 117 participants from 64 second call approved projects were eager to learn about the procedures and get practical tips on successful project implementation from the joint secretariat team.
Participating lead partners had a great opportunity also to meet and exchange on project implementation with the joint secretariat and representatives of other projects.
