Stakeholder meeting in Netherlands

County of Groningen, Province of Drenthe and Province of Groningen took part. The focus of the event was on available European Funds, questionnaire "barriers and drivers for taking energy efficiency measures" as well as ideas for expanding the stakeholder group.
