About the project
The project aims to develop strategies and policy instruments to promote the intermodal connection of transport modes. The objective is to improve an inclusive and climate-friendly mobility system, particularly in suburban and rural areas. In this context, there is a need for institutional action, especially in the areas of expanding mobility services, interconnecting modes of transport, digitalisation and accessibility. The project partners are developing and piloting specific measures in these areas and exchanging their knowledge. These measures can address the following topics, for example: DRT services, car sharing, mobility hubs, MaaS platforms, commuting platforms, barrier-free infrastructure, barrier-free traveller information, SUMP, bike sharing, bicycle infrastructure, park and ride.
