One-stop-shops (OSS) are easily accessible tools for overcoming market fragmentation on both demand and supply side. They can offer holistic renovation solutions for building owners, covering evaluation of energy use, advice on interventions and access to finance and contractors. OSSs have been advocated by the European Commission through both the 'Smart financing for smart buildings' initiative and the recast Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, where they are expected to become key tools for the energy transition.

Here is what you can expect

This webinar, taking place 13 September from 10:30 - 12:00 CET, will provide an introduction to One-Stop-Shops from the Policy Learning Platform, with presentations and discussions of three successful cases already implemented in Europe:
  • Maison de l'habitat durable - presented by Hervé Frys from Sustainable Housing Centre and Francis Lambert from Housing Department, City of Lille (France)
  • Reimarkt OSS - presented by Josien Kruizinga, Reimarkt (Netherlands)
  • Oktave - presented by Olivier Longin and Benjamin Godfroy, from Region Grand Est (France)

You are more than welcome to submit your questions before and throughout the webinar. The speakers and Policy Learning Platform experts will be more than happy to answer them for you.
Make sure to save your spot in time!
