In April 2020, we installed a heatmap tool recording anonymously website users' navigation through the pages. No personal data is recorded. The tool will stay on the website for 6 months. Interreg Europe keeps all personal data collected on the basis of contract or legitimate interest for the duration of the programme and the time defined by relevant EU regulations on archiving and closure of the ETC programmes.
