European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning

EARLALL is an international, non-profit association established in 2001. EARLALL’s members are education departments of regional ministries in charge of VET, adult education and lifelong learning. EARLALL promotes cooperation to raise the role and visibility of lifelong learning at EU and international level and to support better implementation of VET policies.
