SALAM: Sustainable Accessibility to the Labour Market

SALAM promotes institutional learning among Regional and Local Governments from Italy, Belgium, France, Germany, Romania, Spain, Sweden as well as policy changes processes. The key policy areas are related to the fast track labour market integration for immigrants in the SALAM territories (ie regional/local measures in the fields of labour market inclusion, career guidance, entrepreneurship, upskilling pathways).

Activities are mainly devoted to detect on regional/local policy needs, identify existing policy measures, organise policy exchanges and start up policy changes where feasible.

New country we wish to work with is Ukraine and local/regional governments that could be interested in sharing their know how on policy needs and measures as well as their need of institutional learning for Ukrainian immigrants.
