The third FEMINA convention was held in Grimstad, Norway.
The Third FEMINA Convention is an opportunity for Project Partners and local stakeholders interested in and contributing to the project theme.
DAY 1: 24 October 2019
Venue: Strand Hotel Fevik, Grimstad
Welcome and Opening
Welcome to the Agder region and presentation of Agenda.
Exchange Session
During this session, we will review learning activities carried-out so far (work on barriers and enablers, initial activities on GPs) and move on to the next work phases. We will focus in particular on Action Plans: we will discuss how GPs relate to this and analyze the template for Action Plans.
Conference: Gender Gap Closure = Value Creation
National and regional actors will present their experience with equality in general, as well as in the high-tech sector. The conference will have panel discussions and questions from the audience.

Visits to Mechatronics Innovation Lab and Hokus Pokus Kindergarten
