Can you carry out website audits?

We are looking for a service provider to carry out an audit on the Interreg Europe website. The audit should aim to identify the website's failings and serve as a guide to help us take informed decisions moving forward.

More precisely, the audit should:

• Provide an overall assessment of the website (design, usability, user experience, navigation, content, SEO, performance, security and accessibility) compared with the initial objectives set for the website,
• Identify possible shortcomings and propose improvements

Application deadline is 4 January 2024 at 12:00 noon.
