Evidence of success
There are no indicators obtained yet, however, it is obvious that e-vehicles drastically reduce both, CO2 emissions and NOx, CO, and PMs as well. Considering the health damage of these particles for the citizens and that these vehicles usually goes into parks and pedestrian areas, this should be considered a great success.
Thus, the success of this initiative is that the service is being provided efficiently while emissions are being drastically reduced.
