EXIT RIGA RIPO
About this good practice
The bicycle adventure "EXIT Rīga ripo" offers four routes, approximately up to 75 km long. Routes are planned along lesser-known asphalt, gravel paths and trails. The PostNos application includes the starting point, the route line and various informative points marked on the map - sights, catering, accommodation, and other useful places. In general, the routes are not planned as just a one-time Cycling Adventure event, but as a potential permanent "Riga cycle-bypass" or the regional Pieriga cycle route. During the route, participants are invited to answer questions that will provide feedback to the organizers for the creation of a high-quality regional route end.
They start and end at train stations and are available for free in the PostNos application for anyone interested.
Resources needed
Approx. 9 month preparation.
Budget around EUR 3100 and significant time resource of the municipal employees involved, collecting and agreeing on the hospitality and tourism objects included in the product.
