CoachCopro: A One-Stop Shop for thermal renovation

About this good practice
CoachCopro is a web platform created by the Paris Climate Agency, with support from the City of Paris and ADEME, the national environment and energy management agency. Its primary mission is to simplify and expand energy renovation projects for condominiums. Initially focused on condominiums in Paris, CoachCopro has grown into a national service connected to France Renov’, the national platform linking property owners and advisors for energy renovations.
The platform plays a central role in the renovation process by:
• Supporting co-owners and trustees: Raising awareness, providing information on regulatory developments, and sharing feedback from successful projects.
• Empowering local authorities: Offering insights into regional renovation activities through data on project numbers, locations, and associated services and grants.
• Facilitating collaboration: Enabling connections between professionals and condominium owners to ensure effective and optimized retrofit projects.
CoachCopro offers tools to overcome challenges such as the delayed economic and health benefits of energy renovation, regional disparities in contractor engagement, and the unique needs of each condominium building. It has become a central resource for stakeholders across France’s energy renovation sector.
