About this good practice
One of the problems that triggered the need for practice is that the content of the specific learning platform is currently only developed in connection with the onboarding of new employees, data security and protection, customer service in very minimal amounts.
The specific good practice is implemented in the following form - RDA staff responsible for personnel got acquainted with the possibilities of the PIX platform, analyzed DigComp levels. Within the framework of the above-mentioned processes, it was established that the content of the RDA learning platform Moodle can be structured in perspective according to the DigComp levels.
Resources needed
As an example of good practice, additional resources have not been engaged and used, incl. financial means.
Evidence of success
As a positive outcome, it is possible to develop and adapt the RDA learning platform according to the DigComp levels and upgrade it to a level platform like PIX in perspective.
Of course, significant problems and obstacles have also been identified - at the moment, sufficient financial and human resources are not available to carry out the above-mentioned activities.
Potential for learning or transfer
There are option for other municipalities in the Riga Planning Region to use this example of good practice in order to plan to introduce or develop similar learning platforms in the long term.
