Atlantic Grupa (AG) is a large international company based in Croatia,engaged in production and distribution of a wide range of products (food industry,pharmaceuticals,personal care products,products in sports and wellness segment)."Green Wave" is educational program organized by AG,focusing on sustainability and environmental responsibility and includes various forms of education(seminars and workshops to engaging employees and community).Program is promoting sustainable development,environmental protection and raising awareness about ecological issues.Education within this program covers various aspects of environmental protection, such as recycling,waste reduction,energy savings,eco-friendly production,etc.
By integrating ESG standards into every facet of its operations, Atlantic Grupa adheres to both national laws and international guidelines, which are articulated through CSRD legislation and ESRS standards.Company has structured its sustainability programs to include extensive training for employees in various departments—procurement, marketing, R&D, finance, and operations—ensuring that ESG principles permeate the organizational culture. This initiative is designed to foster an environment where sustainability becomes a daily operational norm.
