While early-stage startups have relatively equal funding, the gender disparity widens as startups scale, reflecting a significant barrier for female entrepreneurs. This disparity in funding reinforces the need for policies that provide equal opportunities and access to resources for women. 19% of respondents experienced discrimination, with 80% of women reporting gender-related issues. This highlights persistent gender-based challenges and the importance of creating safe, inclusive environments.
