The agency has a key role in development of the Strategy and Plan and cooperation with the municipalities, institutions, organisations, private and NGOs. Agency is defining a model for future cooperation between all relevant actors of development, involves the establishment of effective communication at all levels including the active civil society and economic development stakeholders while respecting the principles of good practice.
