About this good practice
Interventions:
1) photovoltaic system on the flat roof of the building. The existing cover is realized by a latero-cement slab, with reinforced concrete joists having a base of 10 cm, spaced 50 cm in distance. The cover is developed with a "C" shape and extends for approximately 181 square meters. Due to the geometry of the roof, 52 solar panels have been installed, inclined at a tilt angle of 30. Photovoltaic panels are 260 watts / polycrystalline silicon, for a total of 13 kW, and are housed in continuity between them and secured to cover on self-supporting supporting metal frames suitably secured to the floor by screws or plugs. The holes of the pre-existing glove were repaired with bituminous sealants. The panels are oriented south-southwest, with an azimuth angle of 202 °.
2) solar thermal system consisting of 5 solar collectors, 1,00 x 2,00 m, placed on the roof. The manifolds are oriented parallel to the photovoltaic panels, housed and secured to roofs on frames attached to the floor.
Replacing the old 1100-liter boiler with a double exchanger to allow the boiler and solar collectors to interact.
Replacing the boiler with a methane of equal condensing power.
3) Thermal insulation of the cover by 50 mm thick, expanded polyurethane insulating panels with compressive strength equal to at least 150 kPa and declared thermal conductivity: λD = 0,026 W / mK fixed to the slab prior to gluing and tapping, above waterproofing sheath in elastoplastomeric polymer bitumen arme
