At the 4th regional stakeholder event in Debrecen on November 26, 2024, the project’s progress was reviewed, focusing on lessons learned from both online and in-person activities. Two key examples from a study visit to Pamplona were shared: the "Box your art/Boks je kunst" initiative, which promotes recycling through creativity, and the "Traperos de Emaús" model, which refurbishes and recycles collected materials.

The WEEEWaste Circular Practices Evaluation Tool (WCPET) was introduced to help partners adopt circular economy practices. The tool uses the "R-Ladder" framework to assess current practices, learn from successful examples, and find areas for improvement, aiming to reduce waste and boost sustainability. Stakeholders agreed that separate waste collection and recycling remain big challenges and that raising awareness is crucial. The event ended with plans for the next stakeholder event, scheduled for late spring 2025.
