On the 14th of November, the Government of Navarra, GAN-NIK and the Public University of Navarra joined to talk about how the new European regulations on electric and electronic equipment could be embedded at different modules of Engineering Degrees or Masters. Aware students about the possibilities of ecodesign and the right to repair of consumers will make future engineers think about different ways of producing goods to extend the life of products and minimise the generation of waste.

Another meeting was held on November 21st. This time the focus was on repairers to promote the circular economy in consumption. The Government of Navarra with the support of the consumer Association Irache has established a program to stimulate the repair of household appliances, with the aim of promoting value retention and reducing waste in Navarre. This programme includes the creation of a census of repairers to facilitate access to local repair services. An information campaign will also be launched. Appliance stickers and brochures promoting the right to repair will be distributed to various consumers.

Last but not least, on the 10th of  December a meeting was arranged  with waste managers and local entities to have a feedback from them on a new material for vocational training that is being produced concerning a new module on preparation for reuse and recycling of electric and electronic equipments.
