Study Visit and Peer Review - Region Jönköping County

The study visit in Jönköping will be hosted by Region Jönköpings län, the lead partner of the PERSIST project.

The programme includes several interconnected activities:

• Thematic seminar:
  Dive into expert insights and join interactive discussions on how open discovery processes (ODP) can drive long-term regional transformation and strengthen stakeholder commitment.
• Site visits:
  Explore real-world examples of regional innovation initiatives and governance practices that are aligned with smart specialisation strategies.
• Peer review session:
  Take part in a structured peer review of Region Jönköping’s policy work and governance models.
  Partners will assess selected aspects, offer feedback and recommendations, and highlight transferable good practices, using the methodology developed within the PERSIST project.

The study visit is designed to boost mutual learning, deepen your understanding of policy challenges and opportunities, and inspire new ways to strengthen smart specialisation frameworks across partner regions.
