This means integrating renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable mobility and smart technologies into urban areas, and also considering new business models and governance approaches that can enable the acceptance of new technologies.

Our thematic experts Katharina Krell and Simon Hunkin will be your guides to discovering the topic of modern green districts.
Throughout guest lectures, interactive sessions, networking and study visits you will learn how to enable more sustainable and resilient urban environments in your region.
More specifically, we will focus on:
- the renovation of derelict and post-industrial urban areas into inclusive, green spaces
- how to introduce sustainable technologies at the district level.
