In recent years, a number of factors have influenced on the governing. Most of them are known as a transition from government to governance. The increasing number of problems and crises causes that administration have to adapt to a dynamically changing environment. It also influence on decision-making process and public policy-making. Therefore, it is now recognised that effective decision-making must be based on the involvement of non-state actors. Nowadays the collaborative governance approach, which emphasises the cooperation with different actors, is particularly suited to this approach. The aim of the activities is to define the state of the collaboration between the administration and other actors in a specific policy area (the topic of public policy depend from the specific needs diagnose previously in the region), to search for good practices involving different actors in developing effective public policies and adjust it to the context of the regions.
