Bucharest organised second stakeholder group meeting

Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency organized the second seminar within the StopWaste project - "Enhancing the efficiency of policy instruments for accelerating waste generation prevention", on 30 of January 2024, with the aim of bringing to the fore significant perspectives on waste management and of sustainable regional initiatives. The agenda of the seminar included a series of relevant presentations regarding the stage of project implementation, examples of good practices in the field presented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, the City Hall of sector 6 and the organization Ecorec S.A. as well as interactive debate sessions, contributing to the exchange of ideas and shaping of new perspectives on waste management. The event gathered 27 participants from NGOs, private and public institution and also universities and research institutions.
