Image report on the second partner meeting in Czech Republic
It was a very busy but equally interesting visit to the Vysocina region in Czech Republic on 6-9th November. All partners had the privilige to visit captivating locations in social services while enjoying the beautiful country as well. A very tiring but fulfilling trip that gave new pespectives on f.e. palliative care, dementia and peer learning. Have a look at a few photos below:
