Georges Youssef is a university professor with 30+ years of teaching experience in physiotherapy, sustainable development, and social innovation. Former mayor of Menjez (2012–2025) and ex-board member of the GCoM (2023–2025), he is also CEO of Agro Cedrus, a social enterprise promoting circular economy and rural empowerment through organic carob and aromatic herbs production.
