We would like to present a project idea we developed as advisory partner with Regione Lombardia (IT) and discuss it with potential partners.
The objective of the project is to improve ERDF Programmes in the application of the DNSH principle. As this is a new requirement for the 21-27 period, Managing Authorities are, for the first time, dealing with how to apply the DNSH in the implementation of the Programmes. One of the core activities is the definition and verification of selection criteria that are able to ensure that the operations to be financed are consistent with the types of actions evaluated in the ex-ante phase and their mitigation measures.
The suitable application of the DNSH principle will ultimately contribute to a higher level of environmental sustainability and will promote governance efficiency and non-duplication of assessments (e.g. SEA, DNSH, etc.).
We are primarily looking for MAs from the North, East and West areas.
