About SWOM
SWOM is a foundation that strives to create an inclusive labour market for people with occupational disabilities. We do this by guiding young professionals to a suitable job, traineeship or internship, using an unique approach that can be tailored to individual needs. SWOM strongly believes one can only have a successful career when all aspects of life are being dealt with. Therefore SWOM provides guidance regarding all relevant issues in our young professional's life. Furthermore, we believe it is important to actively involve and motivate employers to make the labour market more inclusive. To stimulate this, we offer guidance and support for both employers and employees within an organisation.
