AI Workshop at Create Tomorrow event

Victor Vila, a Data & AI Project Manager at ARNia (Regional Agency for Artificial and Digital Intelligence), and a stakeholder in the ENAIBLER project for the French partner Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, participated in the practical workshop: Hands-on with AI Tools during the ENAIBLER project meeting in Donegal (Ireland). Drawing inspiration from that session, Victor led a workshop on generative AI at the Create Tomorrow (Créer Demain) event on November 28, 2024.

Victor’s session, Introduction to Generative AI, was directly influenced by the Hands-on with AI Tools workshop in Ireland. Building on this experience, Victor adapted and replicated the Donegal workshop for a French business audience. This reflects the ENAIBLER project’s goal of fostering knowledge-sharing and skill-building in AI across Europe.

The workshop focused on comparing methods for tackling the same problem—with and without generative AI—helping participants understand the benefits and challenges of integrating AI into their workflows. Victor shared real-world examples of generative AI applications and encouraged attendees to think about how these tools could be tailored to meet their business needs.

The session was accessible to all, requiring no prior AI knowledge. Participants had the opportunity to try popular AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Venice.ai, by creating free accounts before the workshop.

Create Tomorrow was co-organised by several partners, including ARNia, Polytech Dijon, and La French Tech Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, with support from the ENAIBLER project partner Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region. The event provided a platform for local businesses to explore new technologies and prepare for the future.

Victor’s workshop not only equipped participants with practical knowledge of generative AI but also demonstrated the value of cross-border collaboration within the ENAIBLER project to advance AI adoption and innovation.
