The identified European regions have prioritized improving their policy instruments for the professional insertion of youth through civic engagement for the period 2021-27. Even though they offer European mobility and volunteering options, it is important to enhance the efficiency and inclusiveness of these instruments.

Capitalizing on good practices across different European regions is crucial to address the lack of inclusive and professionalizing youth civic engagement programs. This approach will foster the development of rural areas and increase opportunities for youth (18-30 years old), especially focusing on disadvantaged groups (NEETs, YWFO).

YES Volunteer seeks to enhance youth development, across seven European regions, by expanding access to enriched volunteering opportunities fostering personal and professional growth.
