Bucharest Hosts 4th WeSTEMEU Stakeholder Meeting

The 4th regional stakeholder meeting of the WeSTEMEU project took place in Bucharest, co-organized by UEFISCDI and BIRDA. The event brought together key stakeholders to discuss progress, share best practices, and explore strategies to increase women's participation in STEM and entrepreneurship.

Alongside the meeting, a dissemination event showcased successful initiatives supporting gender inclusion across Europe. Discussions covered interregional study visits, the creation of a Best Practices Booklet, and communication efforts to promote inclusivity in STEM fields.

Upcoming events include an online workshop on competitiveness and female talent in STEM (March 28) and an interregional study visit in Poland (May 27-28). Through collaboration and knowledge-sharing, WeSTEMEU continues to drive change, ensuring greater representation of women in science, technology, and innovation.
