Presentation of your organisation 

Energikontor Syd (Energy Office South) is a regional energy agency working to promote renewable energy and energy efficiency in southern Sweden. It is owned by the municipalities and regions of Blekinge, Kalmar, Kronoberg, and Skåne counties.  

How does your organisation contribute to the UNIFHY project? 

With a well-established network at regional, national, and international levels, they are a renowned partner in EU projects. Within the Interreg Europe project UNIFHY, they support the implementation of green hydrogen to reduce carbon emissions in Europe.  

Why is your organisation a partner in UNIFHY? 

Energikontor Syd is a partner in the Interreg Europe project UNIFHY to influence regional policy in Kalmar County and promote the development of green energy gases such as hydrogen.  

What do you expect as an outcome of the UNIFHY project?  

The project also aims to exchange knowledge with other regions that have made more progress in certain areas, while highlighting Kalmar County's successful initiatives as good examples for others to learn from.
