The event exemplified a holistic approach to project development and collaboration. Day 1 delved into financial reporting, engaging finance managers with useful tips and advice through practical exercises. Day 2, held discussions on project activities and results, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing best practices. The final day focused on communication strategies through interactive discussions, creating a platform for experiences and insights to be shared among participants.
