Skills Intelligence Initiative and Talent Observatory
A key highlight of the meeting was the introduction of the Skills Intelligence Emilia-Romagna initiative, developed in partnership with ART-ER. This innovative tool analyzes job posting data, employer feedback, and business demand to assess regional skills needs. Additionally, the Talent Observatory presented findings from its initial study on the supply and demand for highly skilled professionals and announced a second survey to track human capital flows and talent mobility. These insights will guide the development of future policies and initiatives.
