TAAS 3rd International Webinar

On May 6th, the TAAS project successfully hosted its third international webinar, Exploring Best Practices in Tourism Digitalization: ENABLING SMART AND SUSTAINABLE EXPERIENCES AT THE DESTINATION, bringing together 65 participants from across Europe.
This webinar is part of a series of four virtual events planned within the TAAS project, with the next session scheduled for June 2025.
The session focused on the digitalization of tourism, with particular emphasis on the "During the Trip" phase of the travel journey. Participants explored good practices in smart and sustainable tourism — including the Royal Djurgården Society's award-winning work in Stockholm; the internationally acclaimed Stockholm Archipelago Trail and EU-funded Light in the Dark project; and Visit Normandy’s pioneering efforts to promote low-carbon travel.
