Lessons learned and best practices for a greener logistics
On 18 February 2025, the 4th SPOTLOG Regional Stakeholder Group Meeting (RSGM), organised by Smart Cities of Romania Cluster (SCoR), was held in Bucharest, involving 15 participants.
The focus of the meeting was “Lessons learned from SPOTLOG exchange of experience and best practices towards a greener urban logistics”.
The meeting started with a SPOTLOG overview, highlighting the lessons learned from the project main Exchange of Experience events.
From the EIT Urban Mobility in Romania, a representative of ICEBERG+ summarised mobility innovation solutions for more liveable cities, especially focusing on RAPTOR cargobike sharing solution developed and implemented in Brasov and Bacau cities.
Elena Simion from UEFISCDI, highlighted M100 platform – Mirror Mission Cities Hub Romania – supporting green urban mobility solutions and how exchange experiences with SPOTLOG could be done.
Adrian Craciun from Zona Metropolitană Constanța focused on Constanța SUMP green logistics policies 2025-2030 and how they will be improved based on lessons learned from SPOTLOG.
At the end, there were interesting and fruitful discussions regarding the topics and solutions presented: participants will benefit from know-how revealed during presentations and discussions to support their activities related to green mobility and logistics.
