University of Aveiro & STRIA Engage in Interreg Europe Event

Representatives from the University of Aveiro (Lead Partner of the SMARTAUTO project) and the South Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency (STRIA) (Project Partner 5) actively participated in two major Interreg Europe events held in Krakow: the Lead Partner Seminar on 18 March and the Europe, let's cooperate! 2025 forum on 19–20 March.
Lead Partner Seminar – 18 March 2025
Organised by the Interreg Europe Joint Secretariat, the seminar gathered lead partners from third call projects. The sessions focused on:General reporting principlesActivity and result reportingFinancial managementProject communicationThe event provided valuable knowledge, practical advice, and networking opportunities to ensure the successful implementation of projects under the Interreg Europe framework
Europe, let's cooperate! 2025 – 19–20 March 2025
The following days, the University of Aveiro and STRIA attended Europe, let's cooperate! 2025, the 11th edition of the Interregional Cooperation Forum. This year’s forum celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Policy Learning Platform and offered: Inspiring plenary sessions showcasing cooperation achievements Interactive workshops to exchange good practices Networking opportunities to foster future collaboration. The event gathered more than 550 participants on-site and nearly 900 online, creating a vibrant environment for sharing experiences and building new partnerships across Europe. Their active participation highlighted their commitment to reinforcing interregional cooperation and to ensuring the successful execution and impact of the SMARTAUTO project.
