SKYLA 5th Partners Meeting in Lithuania

The purpose of this meeting is to foster collaboration and strategic planning among partners. A key focus will be on comparing and enhancing policy change alert mechanisms to improve responsiveness and adaptability. Additionally, partners will have the opportunity to explore field experiences in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a particular emphasis on innovative solutions supporting the twin transition.

Finally, the meeting will serve as a platform to discuss the partnership’s evolving needs and outline the next steps to ensure continued progress and effective cooperation. Through these discussions and site visits, we aim to strengthen our collective approach and share best practices for future development.

The agenda will include:

🔷 Policy Change Workshop 1: 

This workshop will provide a platform for partners to present their drafted Policy Change Alert Mechanisms, showcasing their approach to identifying and responding to policy shifts effectively. Each presentation will focus on key elements, including: Policy Needs Addressed and Good Practices (GPs) and Interregional Input.

🔷Policy Change Workshop 2 – Interactive peer- review:

Partners divided in 4 rotating groups of 2 policy instruments discuss and peer-review the information from the Policy Change alert mechanism. 

🔷 The meeting will continue with study visits and with an introduction by local stakeholders.
