Working with Good Practices

We were happy to meet the whole partnership for the first time in person at our interregional meeting, which was held in Brussels, on 21-22 November. The team spent quality time together, taking a step forward to identifying the good practices we might be able to use for policy improvement.

The event was started with a site visit to the valley of the IJse in Overijse which was a great example of a nature-based solution and gave us the first taste of future peer review visits. Additionally, another highlight of the meeting was the good practice worskhop where good practice owners introduced the solutions in the framework of a knowledge café. It showed us many similarities between our regions and gave a more detailed introduction of partners' good practices. The presentations and discussions all throughout the meeting gave inspiration and answered questions about the current status of our project and highlighted the most important upcoming tasks.

Overall, it was a professional and fruitful meeting and many thanks to our host partner, Vlaamse Landmaatschappij (VLM) for their hospitality.
