2nd Stakeholder Meeting in Vas County, Hungary
On March 31, 2025, the Vas County Government Office hosted the 2nd Stakeholder Group meeting within the framework of the MaaSolutions project. The online meeting brought together key players in regional mobility.
The online meeting presented the project's introductory video, the project's achievements so far, the status of the stakeholder and end-user questionnaires, and the 1st international study visit and thematic workshop organized by the Vas County Government Office between March 25-26, 2025. The good practices to be submitted were reviewed, and the possibility of new good practices being identified was left open.
As the second agenda item, the participants reviewed the results of the stakeholder questionnaire survey. The survey covered the key elements that are necessary for the creation of local MaaS. In addition to the challenges and relevant actors, the respondents discussed the development of the MaaS business model, the integration of transport services, digital mobility solutions, and regulatory and policy interventions.
In the second half of the meeting, the upcoming project activities were reviewed. In addition to the scheduling of the end-user questionnaire survey, the next international learning event, which will be hosted by the Intercommunity Development Association Baia Mare Metropolitan Area, was also discussed. The next local stakeholder meeting is planned for September 2025, in person, in Szombathely.
