1st Inter-regional Learning Workshop & study visit (Croatia)

1st Inter-regional Learning Workshop of our project will take place in beautiful Dubrovnik, Croatia on the 22 and 23 of November 2023. Our amazing host and project partner "Public Institution for the management of Protected Natural Areas of Dubrovnik-Neretva County" has the lead.

Participants will include both project partners and representatives of their stakeholders.

We will have the pleasure to meet in person numerous representatives from our host and its network!

The highlight of the Learning Workshop on day one will be sharing the identified best practices from each region in the project first thematic area "Management of Protected Areas" (see figure below).

The Advisory Partner, EUROPARC Federation is moderating the event and providing an small training session inspired by good practices generated from the network of Healthy Parks Healthy People Europe Programme.

Each project partner will be represented in Dubrovnik. Nonetheless, project participants and stakeholder who are not able to attend this date will be able to join online.

The highlight of the second day will be the study visit. The focus will be the learning and hands on implementation at the local level of the practices from Croatia.

The project partners will also take the opportunity to touch base on operational issues through a dedicated meeting.
