The Province of Antwerp tackle the policy instruments issue

On Tuesday 4 March, the Province of Antwerp organised its second stakeholder meeting related to the Green4HEAT project. The group, consisting of representatives from the Flemish government, municipalities and cities, intergovernmental organisations, network partners, etc., provided valuable feedback on the reports so far and gave their insights on the expected policy outcomes of the project.

As a result, some members have joined a smaller working group that will further discuss the policy issue and improve not only the policy instrument of the Province of Antwerp, but also their own. In this way the project can have a wider influence and impact, beyond the improvement of the district heating policy!

The project partner extended a warm welcome to the stakeholders to join them in the next interregional workshop. Early planning and a clear agenda in advance would increase the possibility of our stakeholders' participation.
