Drenthe Hosts Hydrogen Masterclass

On 25th February the province of Drenthe hosted a Hydrogen Masterclass for local administrators, council members, social organizations, and other key stakeholders. The event focused on hydrogen’s growing importance in the shift to more sustainable energy sources.
Our project parnter, Drenthe, together with Groningen, is working to lead the way in hydrogen development in both the Netherlands and Europe. This masterclass is another step in Drenthe’s efforts to stay at the forefront of the hydrogen industry.

The session was led by Jörg Gigler, a well-known expert in sustainable energy with over 25 years of experience. As the director of TKI Nieuw Gas within the Top Sector Energy, Gigler works with innovators to help drive the energy transition using sustainable, climate-neutral solutions like hydrogen. After his presentation, participants took part in a lively Q&A session, discussing topics such as safety, hydrogen infrastructure, and future pricing.
