FISSH Stakeholder Meetings at Regional Partners

As part of the FISSH project, stakeholder group (RSG) meetings were held in March 2025 across all partner regions. The purpose of these meetings was to summarize good practices collected within TFA1 which were presented during the Interregional Learning Event in Belgium as also discussion on the State of the Art Reports (SAR).

- March 17, 2025 - Belgium
- March 24, 2025 - Finland and Poland
Key Takeaways from the Meetings
During the regional meetings, key challenges related to the food sector were discussed, as well as good practices and insights from project activities. Special emphasis was placed on:
- Raising awareness and resources for sustainability in SMEs,
- Regulatory actions and their impact on the food sector,
- Opportunities for interregional cooperation and experience sharing.
Preliminary SAR results were presented in each region, helping to better understand local conditions and develop more effective strategies for implementing innovations in the food sector.
The meetings were an important step in the implementation of the FISSH project, and their outcomes will directly influence the next phases of activities. The next significant event will be the Interregional Learning Event, where RSG members from each region have been invited. This event will provide an opportunity for deeper exchange of experiences and insights gained from project implementation in various regional contexts.
