The embrAIsme project successfully hosted its 3rd Interregional Event in Ljubljana, Slovenia, focusing on "AI Skills for SMEs: Future of Work."The event took place at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, bringing together SMEs, AI experts, policymakers, and industry leaders from across Europe.

Over the two days, participants explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of work for small and medium enterprises. The event featured engaging discussions, presentations from leading AI professionals, and collaborative workshops aimed at sharing best practices and innovative strategies to foster AI adoption among SMEs.

Key Highlights from the Event:

  • Inspiring Keynotes: Expert speakers, including Dr. Emilija Stojmenova Duh, Associate Professor at the University of Ljubljana and Former Minister of Digital Transformation, shared insights on the evolving role of AI in the business landscape.
  • Collaborative Sessions: Participants engaged in interactive sessions on AI implementation, digital transformation, and the future workforce, fostering cross-regional learning and cooperation.
  • Study Visits: Attendees visited the Jožef Stefan Institute and the Technology Forum, gaining firsthand experience of cutting-edge AI research and practical applications in Slovenia.
